Create a Gold Text Effect in Photoshop

Hello all, in here, I will discuss about Create Gold Text in Photoshop. After yesterday discussing about Photo Editing Turtorial. And now I will explain about Text Editing. The Gold Effect on text tends to make the text more Elegant, Glamorous, Attractive, and Beautiful.

Text Editing, use a Photoshop are so easy. Besides making Gold effect, I will make the text looks like 3D. And use a Adobe Photoshop, you can make or editing the text be anything as you want. And it's up to you for using any version of Photoshop.  

 And for you guys if you want to make a Gold text Effect in Photoshop. You can follow our Photoshop Tutorial . But before we are start to edit, let's see the result of Gold text Effect Photoshop.

How to Create a Gold Text Effect in Adobe Photoshop Software : 

1. Open Adobe Photoshop and make a New Worksheet

Open the Adobe Photoshop Sofware first, after that make a new worksheet. By pressing CTRL + N , and set the size of worksheet. It's up to you for using any size. In here for the size I am using 700 x 400 pixel. 

2. The second is make a Text. 

Make a text by using HORIZONTAL TYPE TOOL ( T ). It's up to you to write anything. And I wrote the 'GOLD' word. With font type TIMES NEW ROMAN, and you can choose other font type.

3. Set the Gradient

Double click on GOLD Layer ( text layer ). Then will show LAYER STYLE, after that click GRADIENT OVERLAY, set like the picture below.

4. Set Bevel and Emboss

Still in the LAYER STYLE setting, but now please click on BEVEL AND EMBOSS, and set as in the picture below.

5. Add Outer Glow Effect

In this step I will add OUTER GLOW Effect, the function of this effect is to make the text look more brighter. Set the OUTER GLOW, like the picture below.

6. Add Sparkle effect

To add Sparkle effect to the text, you can add LIGHT BRUSHE on the places as you want.

Before it, make a new Layer first, as a place to store Light Brushe. 

Use a BRUSH TOOL to make LIGHT BRUSHE.
